Ideally, 12 to 18 months in advance. Because we intentionally accept a limited number of weddings each year, our calendar fills quickly—especially during peak wedding season in Colombia and Mexico (November through March). If your wedding is less than six months away, we’d still love to hear from you. Occasionally, dates become available due to rescheduling.
Yes. We’ve documented weddings in the United States, Spain, and throughout the Caribbean. Travel expenses are included in your custom proposal, and we take care of all travel logistics so you can focus entirely on enjoying your wedding day.
The best way is to experience our work beyond the highlights. We always encourage couples to watch one of our full wedding films before making a decision. If, by the end of it, you can picture your own wedding being remembered that way, there’s a good chance we’re the right fit.
Your social media teaser is delivered within the first two weeks after your wedding. Your fully edited photo gallery is delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. Your full cinematic wedding film is delivered within 12 to 16 weeks, allowing us the time needed to craft every detail—from editing and color grading to sound design—with the care your story deserves.
Once we’ve had our initial consultation and you’ve chosen the collection that best fits your celebration, a 50% retainer secures your wedding date exclusively. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding. Everything is confirmed through a formal agreement that clearly outlines the scope of services, payment schedule, and terms, giving you complete peace of mind throughout the process.
